This is a new system for the police to inform us of crimes in your area (geographic or "special interest", e.g. motorbikes etc). It will fully operational in a few months as the police still need to be trained how to use it at their end. They have had a similar system in London for a while called "Owl"

One powerfull feature is the ability to send feedback to the relevent team - no more waiting for 101 to take 2 days to pass on information!
