Hazel Grove and Marple

Areas Covered: Offerton, Offerton Green, Davenport, Woodsmoor, Stepping Hill, Hazel Grove, Bredbury, North Woodley, Bredbury Green, Marple Bridge, Marple North, Marple South, High Lane.
WARNING
* Bank holidays and school holidays will likely increase figures temporarily, especially personal robbery, thefts of pedal bikes from shed, thefts of mopeds and scrambler bikes.
* As warmer weather begins, it is also likely that reports of burglary via insecure doors and windows will increase.

OFF ROAD BIKES
Thesea are still a problem. They are less obvious now as they have gone electric so less noise, but if they don't have pedals or a numberplate they are just as dangerous as the petrol ones. The police can't chase after them because it's politically unacceptable if they crash and hurt themselves. So what the police need reports about where they are spotted, and in particular where they are stored so they can catch them without giving chase. Anonymous reports via crimestoppers is all they need.
